O'Brien and Levine selected InsightBuilder as its web site and extranet management solution due to its extensive content reuse capabilities. The site, due to launch shortly, features modifiable articles, services sections with custom layouts, editable links, and many other features. A separate, secure extranet is managed on the CMS server but published to a remote, secured server where the site integrates with scheduling features for the company's clients and reporters.
Taking advantage of Polar Design's application service provision whereby InsightBuilder is available for a low monthly fee, O'Brien and Levine is able to create a flexible, modular content structure and maximize its content. Extranet articles can be repurposed in event listings, case studies, service descriptions and many other format. In this way, the firm can serve its wide audience, ranging from attorney and paralegals to court reporters in a timely fashion, with a minimum of content writing.
